On the 25th October we held an exclusive workshop on the energy transition for indjustrial processes, organized in collaboration with FLEXIndustries and Trineflex.
With an invitation-only format, this online event brought together industry experts, technical partners, and key stakeholders to explore the roles of digitalization, process optimization, and energy flexibility in advancing sustainable industrial practices.
The session kicked off with project presentations from FLEX4FACT, FLEXIndustries, and TRINEFLEX, setting the stage for an engaging series of breakout discussions. Participants split into focused groups to discuss:

Through interactive tools like Miro and Mentimeter, each group tackled critical questions around business models, best practices, and regulatory frameworks, bringing forward actionable insights into the energy transition landscape. The collective feedback was recapped in a summary session, outlining key challenges and opportunities for advancing sustainability in industrial processes.
